HR Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The role ensures smooth HR processes and promotes a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Maintain positive employee engagement initiatives

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
  • Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate insurance and other employee benefit programs

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Update and implement HR policies as required

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles
  • Track employee performance data
  • Support training and development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
