We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
• Conduct initial HR screening
• Manage smooth onboarding & documentation

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Draft HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.)

Employee Engagement & Compliance

• Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations
• Support performance appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
