Job Responsibilities:

  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Handling employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintaining employee records and HR files
  • Managing attendance, leaves, and daily HR coordination
  • Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.
  • Assisting in payroll inputs and HR reporting
  • Coordinating with employees and management for HR-related matters

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • MS Excel and MS Word knowledge
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • 1–2 years of HR experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
