Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, support recruitment, maintain employee relations, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee files, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Ensure proper documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
  • Handle joining and exit formalities including Full & Final settlements.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and absenteeism.
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Organize engagement activities, meetings, and events.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Assist in maintaining statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable).
  • Support audits and HR reporting.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role (Freshers with strong skills may apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
