Handles day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, and policy implementation

Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate new hire orientations, document collection, and integration into the company.

HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Offboarding: Manage exit interviews and employee resignation/termination processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
