We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will manage hiring, employee performance, attendance tracking, internal coordination, and client reporting while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.

Employee Management

  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure workplace discipline.
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
  • Maintain attendance sheets and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for salary processing.
  • Ensure punctuality and workplace compliance.

Client & Management Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate employee task updates for client reporting.
  • Ensure timely submission of work reports to management.
  • Track KPIs and team productivity metrics.

Administrative & Compliance

  • Maintain HR documentation and employee contracts.
  • Organize team meetings and performance review sessions.
  • Support management in strategic HR planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
