Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Hyderabad
Industry: Clinical Research Organization (CRO)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions in a regulated clinical research environment. The role requires strict adherence to approved SOPs, company policies, and compliance standards, along with effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring
  • Conduct HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers as per SOP guidelines

2. Onboarding & HR Documentation

  • Execute employee onboarding strictly as per approved HR SOPs
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation
  • Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, internship letters, experience letters, and other HR communications
  • Maintain employee records (physical & digital) in compliance with audit standards

3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage attendance, leave, probation, confirmation, and exit processes as per SOP
  • Handle internship programs, evaluations, and performance tracking
  • Address employee HR-related queries while ensuring policy compliance
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives

4. SOP Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure all HR activities are performed strictly as per approved SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Implement, monitor, and update HR SOPs related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records
  • Maintain HR documentation ready for internal and external audits

Support audit activities by providing accurate and SOP-compliant HR records

  • Train employees and interns on HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct during induction

5. Payroll & Statutory Compliance Support

  • Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions)
  • Support payroll processing and salary disbursement
  • Assist with statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws) in coordination with Accounts/Consultants
  • Maintain compliance records as per SOP and regulatory norms

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • BBA / B.Com or any graduate with relevant HR experience

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in HR (Freshers with strong HR internship experience may apply)
  • CRO / Pharma / Clinical Research experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR SOPs and compliance-driven processes
  • Ability to work in a regulated and audit-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

Important Notes (Mandatory Conditions):

  • Salary range is fixed – ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 (maximum)
  • Working hours may extend by up to 1 hour based on business requirements
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts if implemented in the future
  • Should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad
  • Commitment for 2 years is mandatory

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
