Key Responsibilities1. Employee Performance Management

  • Design, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) across the Group
  • Set KPIs, performance goals, and appraisal frameworks in coordination with management
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and ensure timely evaluations
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement or corrective actions
  • Support managers in handling underperformance and disciplinary matters

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (joining to exit) for all group companies
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and SOPs are implemented and followed
  • Handle leave management, attendance, probation confirmations, and contract renewals
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs, attendance, and employee benefits

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
  • Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and hiring documentation
  • Manage onboarding and employee induction processes across subsidiaries
  • Ensure proper handover of company policies and role expectations

4. Compliance & UAE Labour Law

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Handle MOL, contracts, warnings, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Support management in handling employee disputes and legal documentation
  • Coordinate with PRO / external consultants when required

5. HR Policies & Process Development

  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Standardize HR processes across all group companies
  • Implement systems to reduce dependency on manual and ad-hoc HR activities
  • Ensure HR processes are audit-ready and well documented

6. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Promote a professional, performance-driven work culture
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Advise management on people-related risks and improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HR Executive: 2 years (Required)
