HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jr. HR Executive to join our EdTech Company. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (academic counselors, admin staff, marketing, etc.).
  • Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and screen candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee queries and concerns to ensure a positive work culture.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee retention trends.

3. Performance Management:

  • Assist in setting up performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback sessions.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

4. HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle payroll processing and leave management.

5. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.
  • Support career growth initiatives within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
