Job Overview

Greenvalley International School is seeking a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage complete HR operations along with front office coordination. This role requires strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage people, processes and documentation efficiently in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction of new staff
  • Maintain employee records (digital and physical)
  • Track attendance, leave and probation confirmation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts
  • Assist in performance appraisal process
  • Maintain HR policies and compliance documentation
  • Handle employee grievances professionally
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Manage exit formalities and documentation

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure CBSE-related documentation compliance
  • Maintain staff files and statutory records
  • Support safeguarding and POSH documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data

Front Office & Administrative Oversight

  • Supervise reception and visitor handling
  • Ensure professional communication with parents and stakeholders
  • Manage official correspondence and records
  • Support school events and administrative coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (HR preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years HR experience (school experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and HR documentation
  • Organised, disciplined and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Professional and approachable personality

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in school environment
  • Familiarity with school ERP systems
  • Understanding of performance management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
