_ Job Summary_

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and office administration. This role demands excellent communication skills, organizational efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation (contracts, NDAs, appraisal forms)
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labor law requirements
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and feedback documentation
  • Draft job descriptions, announcements, and internal communications
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal branding activities

Administration

  • Oversee facility management
  • Maintain attendance records and integrate biometric systems with HRMS
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
  • Ensure smooth functioning of administrative workflows and office upkeep
  • Liaise with finance for payroll inputs and reimbursements (ZOHO Payroll)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS platforms
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll
  • Familiarity with API/FTP-based biometric integrations
  • Creative flair for internal branding and festive communications
