We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently while assisting with complex HR functions. This role is critical in ensuring the HR department remains organized and effective in attracting, hiring, and retaining employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee joining formalities, onboarding processes, and conduct orientation programs.
  • Monitor employee attendance and oversee leave management systems.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the office calendar, including scheduling meetings and calls.
  • Prepare and submit payroll inputs (attendance summaries, leave records, deductions, etc.) in the required format for salary processing.
  • Draft HR-related letters and official communications.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for HR and administrative communication.
  • Address employee grievances (formal and informal), coordinate with relevant departments, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Act as an employee champion by providing support and guidance to employees as needed.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
