HR Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Actively use LinkedIn and other job portals for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
  • Maintain staff salary records and salary sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Manage HR administrative work, including employee documentation, attendance records, onboarding paperwork, and other HR-related activities.
  • Handle recruitment and hiring as and when new roles arise, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with management.
  • Maintain employee database and ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR & Administration
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn recruitment and candidate sourcing
  • Experience in maintaining salary sheets and HR documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
