HR Executive

Reports To: HR Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory level. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, attendance & payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining discipline within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage blue-collar and staff recruitment.
• Coordinate interviews and selection process.
• Complete joining formalities and documentation.
• Maintain employee personal files and records.
• Monitor daily attendance, shifts, and overtime.
• Maintain leave records as per company policy.
• Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
• Handle full & final settlement process.
• Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
• Maintain statutory registers and records.
• Coordinate inspections and audits.
• Address employee grievances and maintain discipline.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Maintain HR MIS and monthly reports.
• Monitor contractor labour compliance and safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW (HR).
• 2–5 years of experience in factory HR.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws & Factory Act.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and HRMS systems.
