Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirst, Instahyre, and other portals.
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals and training institutes for technical profiles.
  • Scheduling interviews: HR round, technical head round, salary negotiation, and document collection.
  • Onboarding new employees: welcome messages, introduction emails, mail ID setup, Teams ID request, and ID card issuance.

Employee Engagement:

  • Birthday wishes on WhatsApp and monthly celebrations.
  • Fun Friday events once every two months (e.g., online quizzes).
  • Quarterly magazine coordination and publishing with contributions from employees.
  • Announcements shared via in-person meetings, WhatsApp, and email.

HR Operations:

  • Insurance list management: additions, deletions, and updates with the insurance provider.
  • Exit process: checklist completion, KT document verification, asset collection, mail ID deletion, and WhatsApp removal.

Performance & Development:

  • Policy development: ensuring fairness and compliance across the organization.
  • Training coordination: assessing needs and arranging learning initiatives.
  • Performance appraisals: collecting self and manager reviews quarterly.

Procurement & Office Administration:

  • Procurement of office supplies: stationery, electricals, and other essentials.
  • Vendor coordination for repairs and new work (e.g., plumber, chair repair, laptop vendor, glass door, ID card vendor, etc.).
  • Water supply management: monitoring availability of water cans and placing orders when required.
  • Tea/coffee supplies: organizing milk, tea powder, and sugar for employee use.
  • Asset management: laptops, desktops, AC units, and periodic maintenance.
  • Office/guest house search and setup when required.
  • Printing services: letterheads, business cards, and other corporate materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR and office management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
