Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and evaluating applicants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, and should be able to support faster and more efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source candidates through social media and professional platforms
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person)
• Prepare and evaluate assessments and tests
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers
• Send offer letters and explain compensation & benefits
• Track HR metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, etc.)
• Identify future hiring needs with department managers
• Support onboarding of new hires

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and decision-making ability
• Background in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
