Job Summary

HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy compliance. The role reports to the HR Manager and supports a team of 350-500 employees. Salary offered: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and process payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, handle employee grievances, and organize training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, manage exit interviews, and support employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 1 -2 years of hands-on experience as HR Executive or similar role, with full-cycle recruiting exposure.
  • Proficiency in Petpooja,HRIS, ATS software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR), and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (e.g., EPF, ESI, Shops Act).​
