Designation: HR Executive

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 1 to 3+ years

Shift: Day

Timing: 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM (5-Days working)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities and Duties: -

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and

coordinating with hiring managers.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Responsible for maintaining monthly expenses and billing records for the company.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• MBA in HR is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must have recruitment experience in SEO field/Digital Marketing.
• Must have used job portals like Naukri , Indeed & LinkedIN.
