Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations in our hospitality unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.).
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with department heads.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Maintain healthy employee engagement and work culture.
  • Coordinate staff activities and engagement programs.

3. Payroll & Attendance

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Handle employee deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
  • Assist during audits and inspections.

5. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee probation and confirmation timelines.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
