Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime, and leave records.
- Monitor absenteeism and late coming; report irregularities.
- Coordinate manpower deployment with plant department heads.
- Assist in hiring of plant staff (technicians, operators, and helpers).
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and orientation.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve basic HR issues.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in issuing warning letters, show-cause notices, and documentation.
- Prepare attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with head office HR for salaries, deductions, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
- Assist in inspections, audits, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain records related to EOBI, social security, and internal audits.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BBA, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
