HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime, and leave records.
  • Monitor absenteeism and late coming; report irregularities.
  • Coordinate manpower deployment with plant department heads.
  • Assist in hiring of plant staff (technicians, operators, and helpers).
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and orientation.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve basic HR issues.
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in issuing warning letters, show-cause notices, and documentation.
  • Prepare attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with head office HR for salaries, deductions, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
  • Assist in inspections, audits, and statutory documentation.
  • Maintain records related to EOBI, social security, and internal audits.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BBA, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
