  • Screen resumes and take telephone interviews
  • Schedule face to face interviews
  • Coordinate for interviews before & upon arrival to office
  • Coordinate with employees for all HR aspects
  • Maintain proper supervision and control
  • Act as a link between senior & subordinates to get the work executed
  • Ensure proper completion of work of designated team members
  • Provide assistance/ feedback to/ of juniors whenever required
  • Negotiate with freelancers and get freelance sample screened and added to database
  • Find & negotiate with external vendors
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Get invoices from vendor/ freelancers
  • Maintain proper account of work done by freelancers and vendors
  • Get payment executed of vendors/freelancers, inform recipient, seek confirmation
  • Maintain office assets and ensure proper working functioning of office as per standards
  • Coordinate with relevant people and get office assets repaired whenever required
  • Coordinate with visitors to the office
  • Generate referrals for job openings, ensure proper database updation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
