Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations for our interior design company. Freshers are welcome, provided they have completed an HR internship and are eager to learn in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end hiring for designers, site engineers, supervisors, and support staff Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage joining formalities
  • Support induction and onboarding activities

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documents
  • Coordinate with management for payroll inputs Employee Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries
  • Coordinate between office teams and site staff for smooth communication
  • Support basic employee engagement activities HR Support & Reporting
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR trackers
  • Support implementation of internal HR policies and processes

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation / Post Graduation in HR, Management, or related field
  • HR internship experience is mandatory
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
  • Comfortable working with both office and site teams
