HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresh/Graduate – Entry Level) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources, particularly in teacher recruitment and HR data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end teacher recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Manage recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
