We combine design thinking,technology, real-time visualization, and AI-assisted workflows to help clients see,experience and refine spaces before they are built.We work on a wide range of projects globally from large-scale architectural developmentsto high-end interior environments —using advanced tools and structured systems todeliver clarity, speed, and design confidence.We are not a “rendering-only” studio.We are a team where visualization plays a critical role in design decisions and execution. Role Purpose:The HR Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus onrecruitment, onboarding, HR administration, performance tracking, and employee engagement.This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, supportcreative and site-based teams, and leverage HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improveefficiency and decision-making. Core Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Source and shortlist candidates for creative, technical, and site-based roles. Draft and update role-specific job descriptions as per project needs. Manage end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communication. Screen resumes and portfolios using ATS and digital tools. Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support confirmation, role changes, transfers, and exit processes. HR Operations Manage attendance, leave records, and project-based time tracking. Maintain and update HR databases and employee files. Coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing. Support implementation of HR policies and SOPs. Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and guidelines. Performance Management & Engagement Assist in defining KRAs and performance expectations. Track employee productivity and project-wise performance. Support performance review cycles and feedback documentation. Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities. Learning & Development Coordinate internal and external training programs. Support upskilling initiatives and skill-based workshops. Assist in scheduling tool-based and software training sessions. AI & HR Tools Usage Use AI for JD drafting, candidate communication, and reporting support. Create and manage Google Forms for candidate and employee data collection. Maintain employee data and trackers using Google Sheets / Docs. Prepare basic HR dashboards for hiring, attendance, and attrition tracking. Support HR reporting and MIS using digital and AI-enabled tools. Exit Management Coordinate exit formalities and documentation. Conduct exit interviews and record employee feedback. Maintain attrition data and support analysis for improvements. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation. Working knowledge of HRMS / ATS platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination. High attention to detail and data accuracy.
