HR Executive

Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern/ HR Executive to join our team at Mohali Sector 83, IT City. The role will primarily focus on recruitment, along with supporting HR operations such as attendance management and coordination of virtual interviews. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates via job portals & social media platforms
  • Screen resumes & shortlist suitable profiles
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews
  • Schedule & coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Take & coordinate virtual interviews
  • Maintain candidate database & recruitment tracker
  • Follow up with candidates on interview status

HR Operations

  • Handle & maintain attendance portal
  • Monitor daily attendance & report discrepancies
  • Assist in onboarding & documentation
  • Maintain employee records & HR data

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Is sensible, responsible & self-driven

✔ Can handle staff queries professionally

✔Understands confidentiality & maintains secrecy

✔Has good communication & coordination skills

✔Is comfortable working in US shift

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (HR/BBA/MBA preferred)
  • Strong interest in recruitment & HR operations
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
