HR Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. The role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a people-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
  • Manage onboarding and documentation of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and maintain positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR role preferred
