Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Managing end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, implementing company policies, and maintaining employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Performance & Development: Supporting performance review processes, appraisals, and employee training initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits, and leave management. SHRM +6

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Usually 2–5+ years in a generalist or HR role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relations and counsel employees.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, confidentiality, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
