URGENT HIRING: HR Executive – Join the Creative Force at Slidey!

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate HR Executive who thrives in a creative environment and is ready to make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to employee onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Organize and deliver engaging orientation sessions for new hires.

Employee Relations & Development

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and guidance for employees and management.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize regular training and development programs to upskill staff.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Research and analyze market trends to maintain competitive compensation structures.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the design and execution of performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and provide administrative support throughout the process.

Compliance & Record-Keeping

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records both digitally and in physical formats.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute internal engagement activities, team-building events, and cultural programs.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive work culture that aligns with Slidey's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays)
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
