ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment (screening, calling, scheduling).
  • Support onboarding , exit and documentation processes.
  • Maintain employee records & HR data.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate daily HR operations and reporting.
  • Payroll Management.
  • Handle Employment Grievances .

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR.
  • Strong communication & coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
