We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.

Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance tracking.

Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.

Coordinate performance management activities and appraisals.

Help implement HR projects and initiatives across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with internships may also apply depending on company policy).

Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).

Basic understanding of payroll and compliance processes.
