Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance tracking.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
  • Coordinate performance management activities and appraisals.
  • Help implement HR projects and initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with internships may also apply depending on company policy).
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
  • Basic understanding of payroll and compliance processes.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
