Job Summary:

Webcoir IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including attendance management, payroll processing, recruitment, and employee engagement. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance & Payroll Management:

• Maintain and update employee attendance records.

• Assist with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee onboarding and exit formalities for employees.

• Manage documentation for current and former employees.

3. Recruitment & Job Portal Management:

• Post job openings and source candidates on job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Optionally, support recruitment activities for client-side roles as needed.

4. Employee Management Knowledge:

• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of employee management practices and procedures.

5. Employee Engagement:

• Organize fun activities and events during festivals and office celebrations to maintain a positive work environment.

6. Coordination with Management:

• Work closely with senior management and the Managing Director to ensure HR operations align with company policies and objectives.

Requirements:

• Freshers to candidates with up to 6 months of HR or recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain compliance with HR policies.
