HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations for our embedded systems organization. Candidates with an Engineering background (B.E/B.Tech) along with MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred and a minimum of 1 years of hands-on HR experience , as the role involves hiring for technical positions such as Embedded C, Firmware, Hardware, PCB Design, and IoT Engineers, Software Engineers, Technicians.

►Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in electronics R &D domains.

Collaborate with department heads and technical teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

Source candidates using job portals, Linked In, Naukri or references, and campus outreach.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess technical fit and soft skills.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels.

Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment pipelines using ATS or spreadsheets

Manage offer release, onboarding, documentation and induction process for selected candidates.

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs

Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)

►Required Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in HR and B.Tech in Electronics will get preference.

Minimum 1 year of HR experience (technical hiring preferred).

Familiarity with electronics/technical terminologies and engineering job functions.

Strong sourcing skills through platforms like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment software/ATS tools.

Maintain HR records using Zoho People / Zoho HRMS

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
