Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, vendor management, employee engagement, grievance handling, talent management, and staffing coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting both employees and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Recruitment (End-to-End)

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements in coordination with department heads.
  • Draft and enhance Job Descriptions (JDs).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Manage candidate engagement and salary negotiations.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
  • Coordinate offer release and pre-joining follow-ups.

2. Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
  • Handle Background Verification (BGV) processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure smooth induction and orientation programs.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.

3. Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Share payroll inputs and reports with payroll vendors.
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance support.

4. Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with HR-related vendors (recruitment agencies, payroll vendors, IT hardware vendors, office administration vendors, etc.).
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure service quality.
  • Track vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.

5. Grievance Management

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Conduct regular employee interactions to assess morale and motivation levels.
  • Address issues promptly and escalate critical matters to management.
  • Ensure a positive and transparent work environment.

6. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize monthly activities, team-building events, and festive celebrations.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.

7. Talent Management

  • Support end-to-end performance management processes.
  • Assist in goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisals.
  • Create career progression frameworks based on performance.
  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Coordinate and implement training and development programs.

8. Exit / Offboarding Process

  • Manage employee resignation and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.
  • Coordinate full & final settlement with finance.
  • Disable system access and collect company assets.
  • Issue experience and relieving letters.

9. Documentation & Policy Management

  • Maintain and update HR policies as and when required.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

10. Staffing & Client Coordination

  • Source and screen candidates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate interview processes and manage client communications.
  • Handle consultant engagement and staffing documentation.
  • Prepare timesheet and attendance reports.
  • Coordinate with client payroll teams to ensure TAT compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Understanding of payroll inputs and HR operations.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (Mandatory)
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources (Preferred)
