About White Zone Dental Clinic

White Zone Dental Clinic is one of South Kolkata’s fast-growing modern dental clinics, providing advanced treatments such as Dental Implants, RCT, Smile Designing, Aligners, and Cosmetic Dentistry. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated HR Executive who can build a professional, disciplined, and motivated workforce while maintaining a positive clinic culture.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, staff discipline, and overall HR operations of the clinic. The role requires a person who can manage both people and processes, ensure smooth staff functioning, and maintain proper communication between doctors, receptionists, telecallers, assistants, and management.

This is not a corporate desk-only HR job — it is a hands-on operational HR role inside a healthcare clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring

  • Post job openings on portals (Indeed, Naukri, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with doctors/management
  • Hire for positions such as:
  • Receptionist
  • Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive
  • Dental Assistant
  • Clinic Coordinator
  • Marketing Staff

Employee Management

  • Handle joining formalities & documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Create offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
  • Maintain employee files and KYC records
  • Explain clinic rules, policies, and job responsibilities to new staff

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain daily attendance and shift schedules
  • Track late coming, absenteeism, and leaves
  • Prepare monthly attendance report for salary processing
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary and incentives
  • Maintain staff duty roster and weekly off management

Staff Coordination & Discipline

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
  • Resolve employee issues, conflicts, and misunderstandings
  • Ensure staff maintains proper behavior with patients
  • Monitor punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct
  • Conduct performance follow-ups with telecallers & reception team

Performance & Training

  • Track telecaller and front desk performance (appointments, conversions)
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Conduct basic training on patient communication and clinic etiquette
  • Help management implement performance improvement plans

Clinic Operations Support

  • Ensure proper staffing during clinic hours
  • Coordinate with doctors regarding staff availability
  • Monitor staff responsibilities at reception and patient handling
  • Help maintain a positive and patient-friendly clinic environment

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline (BBA / MBA HR preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment / Admin
  • Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Bengali & Hindi mandatory, basic English)
  • Strong people-handling ability
  • Interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Conflict handling & problem-solving ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
  • Organized and responsible personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
