Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
• Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
• Support employee engagement activities and performance management processes
• Draft HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Address employee queries and provide HR support
• Coordinate training and development programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT recruitment (added advantage)
• Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring
• Basic understanding of payroll processes
