HR Executive

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Advance knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Well aware of PF/ESIC Portal and can prepare workers compliance challan monthly
• Coordination with Client / Site Supervisors
• Responsible for collecting, verifying, and coordinating employee documents to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
