*Job Title : HR Executive, Based in Ahmedabad*

Experience : 2 to 3 years

Budget : 30K to 35K

Working Days : 6 days a week

Timings : Monday to Friday-10 to 7 & Saturday-10 to 4

Interview Mode : Telephonic & In person

What you'll be working on:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination

- Manage onboarding activities: joining formalities, document collection, induction, and orientation

- Handle offboarding and exit processes, including resignations, notice period tracking, handovers, and documentation

- Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, Ensure smooth execution of operations and daily employee coordination

- Support implementation of HR policies and company processes

- Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication

- Coordinate with management and team leads for manpower planning

We're looking for someone who:

- Recruitment skills in Different Portals (i.e. LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna, Work India and Etc.)

- Must know LinkedIn Head hunting & organic Hiring method

- Experience in working for designing & creative profile

- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations with strong communication & interpersonal skills.

- Coordination, Team work & Negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Note: Must have experience in working with Creative agency or hired profile for below position: Graphic designer, video editor, photoshop artist, social media executive, client coordinator, interior designer, Accounts, Admin, HR, SEO executive, Business development executive
