Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive and dependable HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes. This role requires someone who takes ownership, follows up consistently, and can handle payroll, documentation, and compliance matters without constant supervision. The position also includes front desk coordination and occasional administrative support to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and maintain salary records
• Coordinate visa processing, labour card, insurance, and renewals
• Maintain employee documentation and HR files
• Follow up on leave balances, renewals, and compliance reminders
• Work closely with PRO on government-related processes
• Support implementation and management of HRMS platform
• Assist management with HR policies and employee handbook updates
• Handle basic front desk coordination
• Provide occasional PA support when required

Requirements

• 2–4 years UAE HR experience
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law basics
• Experience handling payroll independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
• Self-driven and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Immediate joiners preferred
