Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic female HR Executive to serve as a true talent partner for our dynamic Sales and Tech teams. In this hands-on, generalist role, you will be instrumental in driving our ambitious growth by owning recruitment, fostering employee engagement, and implementing effective retention strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced environment of an agency or tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Partnership:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define workforce requirements.
  • Onboarding & Integration:
  • Develop and execute a structured onboarding program to ensure new hires are equipped for immediate success.
  • Employee Relations & Culture:
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Champion initiatives that nurture a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace.
  • Performance Management:
  • Facilitate the performance review cycle and provide coaching to managers on feedback and development.
  • Support the creation and management of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with timely payroll inputs.
  • HR Data & Insights:
  • Track and report on key HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-hire, engagement levels) to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Executive or similar generalist role.
  • Industry Preference: Background in a call center, software house, IT company, or digital agency is a significant advantage.
  • HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR best practices, performance management, and local labor laws.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with an HRIS is a plus.

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (On-site)
  • Location: 4th Floor, Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore
