Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive with 1 year of experience to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
• Help with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Address basic employee queries and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
