HR Executive

Ranker Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions, ensuring a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist with payroll processing
• Manage office operations and administrative tasks
• Oversee employee relations and performance management
• Conduct training and development programs
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with payroll processing and office management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
