Job Overview:
The HR Executive will support the Human Resources Manager in executing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role focuses on recruitment support, HR documentation, data management, and operational coordination while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage HR data and processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Operations & Managerial Support
- Assist the HR Manager in executing HR strategies, policies, and operational processes.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist in recruitment processes including interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation scheduling.
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry in HR systems, ERP platforms, and CRM tools.
- Support HR Manager with HR analytics and operational insights.
Attendance, Documentation & Filing
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records and documentation in coordination with HR Manager.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of contracts, warnings, confirmations, and other HR documents.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of coordination between HR and Operations.
- Support employee communication related to HR policies, documentation, and operational updates.
- Assist in resolving employee queries and administrative HR matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred (BPO or corporate environment is a plus).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong data entry and documentation skills
- Good logical understanding of operational workflows
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR/CRM systems
- Strong organizational and filing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Detail-oriented with strong record management capabilities
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
