HR Assistant (Medical billing )

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant ( must be from medical industry experience ) will assist the HR department with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and record-keeping. All responsibilities, updates, and task outcomes will be directly reported to the HR Executive or HR Manager to ensure alignment with department goals and company policies. This role supports a smooth and efficient HR operation by acting as a liaison between employees and the HR Executive/HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in all HR-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) and physical files,
  • submitting regular updates to the HR Executive or HR Manager.
  • To assist all in all Recruitment & Selection related activities.
  • To maintain all employee records.
  • To scan employee files and maintain the e-file system.
  • To handle all HR-related printing material.
  • To maintain and update the CV Database regularly.
  • To act as a resource to employees for resolving workplace issues.
  • Any other work delegated by the manager HR/Assistant Manager HR.

8. General HR Support:

Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects or initiatives as the HR Executive or HR Manager requires.

Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values, reporting suggestions and feedback directly to the HR Executive or HR Manager.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in HR or administrative support roles preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/HRIS.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Reporting: Regularly communicates with the HR Executive or HR Manager on all aspects of the role.

Customer Service Orientation: Responds to employee needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Adaptability: Able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.

Team Player: Works collaboratively within the HR team and across departments, with all actions aligned to the guidance of the HR Executive or HR Manager.
