Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to support core HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and experienced in using HRIS systems and MS Office for HR reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage daily HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries and support a positive work environment.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance documentation.
  • Coordinate with managers to track employee performance and development.

5. Training & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

6. Documentation & Labour Law

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation including contracts, employee files, and policy records and ensure HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as FlowHCM, ResourceInn, Odoo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, for HR reports and data management.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, documentation, and labor law compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
