HR Executive

Mega Marketing Network is looking for experienced, educated and passionate HR Executive.

Requirements:

• Graduate with good academic background from good university
• 4+ years post qualification experience of hiring candidates specially related to sales, business development, marketing, digital media, marketing.
• Strong command and connections on LinkedIn
• Able to do job posts, initial short listing, initial interviews before passing on the candidates to the higher management.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring and talent acquisition for our group of companies.

Work Location: DHA, Phase V, Street 26, Above KFC, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation:

• Rs. 80,000 to 100,000 (based on skill level, experience and LinkedIn connections.)
• Alternate Saturday Off
• Maternity Reimbursement
• Annual Medical Allowance
• Annual Performance Bonus
• Annual Increment

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
