HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive / HR Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In-person

ORBIN is looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive / HR Officer with up to 1 year of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to manage employees effectively, and assist in creating and implementing company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR operations and employee coordination
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records
  • Maintain employee relations and resolve basic workplace issues
  • Draft HR documents, emails, letters, and company policies
  • Assist management in implementing new HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor employee performance, discipline, and office conduct
  • Support payroll, leave management, and timesheet tracking
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • Up to 1 year of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and employee management
  • Ability to draft professional emails, letters, and policies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented
