Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. This is a full-time onsite role requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Post job listings on platforms like Indeed and other job boards
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Address employee queries and support HR operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
