HR Executive

Join our team at Vire HR Solutions and kickstart your career in Human Resources. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to grow and gain hands-on experience across core HR functions.

Experience: 0–1 Year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Salary: PKR 50,000 + PKR 10,000 Fuel Allowance
Work Mode: In-person

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Handle employee on-boarding and induction processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in attendance and leave management
• Support performance management activities
• Organise training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and grievance resolution
• Drive employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–1 year of HR experience (freshers with strong HR knowledge can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
