Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including payroll support, attendance management, employee records, documentation, compliance, and employee relations. This role is focused on HR operations and administration and does not involve recruitment responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Generate HR reports and analyze HR data using Excel.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience in preparing HR reports and dashboards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
