Job Title: HR Executive

Qualification: Fresh graduate with BBA/MBA (HR specialization)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably hiring blue-collar staff
Skills:
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills
- Experience in hiring blue collar and operational staff
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee records
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and operational staff
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local hiring channels
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files
- Coordinate with operations teams for manpower requirements
- Prepare basic HR and recruitment reports
